First of all Hello,
Yea I know that you are recruiting ppl with at least one high lvl support, subclass and minimum preliminary on started quest for Noblesse and A/S grade sets/ weapons.
But I'm person who is thinking to play there and looking for clan or constant party  I did not have any character yet, and I can raise anything what need for a clan.
So I will start, if you are not interested in me just delete my application
1. In Game Nick: I don't know yet
2. Name, Age: Viktoras ( in english I thint i would be Viktor or same as victory) 19.
3. Country, Timezone: GTM+2
4. Main(lvl)/Subs(lvl): nothing yet
5. Nobless: [Y/N] nop ;[
6. Equipment: I'm naked 
7. Did You read and accept our Clan Rules? first of all I need to know what are you thinking about me, if you are interested in me I will read it
8. Activity(how long You’re playing daily):
Monday: ~20.00-02.00 gtm+2 sometimes starting early
Tuesday: same as monday
Wednesday: same as tuesday
Thursday: same as wednesday
Friday: same as thursday 
Saturday: starting at the morning till 15.00 i think so and after the gap playing same as others days but till party is or till u know ...
Sunday: same as saturday.
9. Are You able to use Ventrillo? allways with ventrilo.
10. Are You able to play in siege times? yes, i think so.
11. Are You able to camp epics? 4sho.
12. Do You know anyone from clan who can recommend You? no ;x
13. Your Lineage2 experiences: from c3 after 1 month released c4.
14. What is your experience in pvp and sieges?: I think if you are camping raid bosses u also should participate in sieges yes?
15. Previous Clans/Servers: Lithuanian servers: Beyond/Avalon clan Distress. azure Celes clan Genocide (lithuanians party). after this a lot of servers with friends
16. Why You want to join our Clan? couse u can be my best friend 4 ever? joking. I don't know I think u are the ones that understand people if they have exams or other jobs to do and can't play l2
17. Short introduction of Yourself(why should we invite you): student, player, like listening others, not talking alot, knowing what should be done and what should to do.

y becouse we have high lvl char and i think u dont get any exp pt

I'm not saying "ok i'm creating my char and lvl up me" I'm saying if u need something to clan or u are interested in me just write.. I will raise it till 66th and i will have xp from all your main characters being in pt. But as I saw never people choose others by who they are, people choosing other by what they have
