Well, you picked interesting class, you have gear but you're still missing proper lvl. My preposition would be to leave him without clan for a moment, let him do his subclass quest and invite for 4s/any exp parties. He could be invited to clan for sieges temprarily. With that ammount of wars it might be hard to exp an OL and without official clan you can sit at 4s as leacher for ages Wink
